The Priority work of the Company has been providing safe and reliable power energy to the society. It is the first power company to set up remote real-time operating supervision system for coal-fired power plants in China and realized the real-time data collection and operating supervision to its power generating units distributed nationwide. This subject was awarded the second prize of technology improvement of Chinese electric Science.
The Company amplified its safety management assessment system and emergency management system; The Company fully implemented safety production responsibility, did a solid job in hidden danger investigation and elimination, rule –violation control . The Company initiated the three actions of safety production year , safety construction quality year and safety production. The Company also started the safety-orientied enterprise trial operation, enriched its safety management measures and methods, intensified its equipment comprehensive management and operation management, upgraded the assurance of safe operation.
By April 23rd, the No.2 Unit of Dalian Power Plant had set a new operating record among 350 MW class coal-fired units by 760 days continuous safe operation.
